B.scott i love you dearly but im goin to have to disagree with you on this one. I hope this case is dismissed because they’re only human. Say they didnt have #1 albums and singles, do you really think that the police or anybody for that matter would have taken this so seriously? NO! This would all be another restraining order and statistic. Me being 16 i underatand that celebrities and tv have an influence on kids, but as a RESPONSIBLE parent you shouldn’t let the tv raise your kids. Those celebrities aren’t putting clothes on your kids backs and food in their mouths. Use this as an example ( tell your son not to hit girls && let your daughters know no man should ever put his hands on you or treat you like this) I think if Rhianna can dish it out she should be able to take it back!

He needs to at least get SOMETHING! I mean I am tired of this… oh SHE HIT HIM HIM FIRST BS! Believe me people I have tried in my mind to find a way to maybe see why he would BEAT HER DOWN like he did and the only LOGICAL reason I could see is if she pulled a KNIFE, GUN, or potentially FATAL weapon on him and he fought for his life! Other than that BEATING HER DOWN is WRONG and NOT JUSTIFIED! If not jail time he needs to be punished LEGALLY some type of way!

Now I love Ms. Fenty to pieces…but if this were some random video hoe everyone would be celebrating Chris Brown’s victory! I don’t really know what to say about it as we never did get to find out the entire story. Rihanna strikes me as a hot head (she is fromt he islands LOL) and I’m sure that she played a large part in the incident. With that said…JK says…Rihanna better drop a fuckin single ASAP and move on with her life. Chris Brown will recover from this and they will be friends next year. LOL

The people who are close to Chris and Rihanna knows this is an isolated incident and that he has never beat her before. The inner circle people know the real story of their character. Why should Chris spend one fakng day in jail for being a participant in a bf/gf fight that Rihanna started?. They both were wrong for placing their hands on each other. Chris should not take the complete fall for Rihanna’s bad behavior. She admitted she started the fight and hit him several times. He does has the right to stop her from hitting him, as he tried putting her out of the car. She should have got her azz out the car when he pulled over and told her to get out. She still had her cell phone, could have call anybody to come pick her crazy jealous azz up. Women, hell you can’t continuously beat on a man and when he strike back start hollering I got a split and can’t be hit. BS, better take a damn karate class or something so when you start the fight you stand even. If this was my son and the plea deal cannot go without jail time, then we just have to take somebody down. Trial here we come with the good, bad and the ugly. There are too many people out there that know him as a good young man, never been in any trouble with the law before; the DA want to play hardball and give him jail time. Phluck that, character parade let’s march. By the time the character witnesses get through singing his praises, he will be wearing a “halo”. Rihanna on the other hand…. people will learn that them two knots on her forehead was her horns turned inward.

thank you lady l because they are still talking about chris and rihanna when they have nothing to report on them they make up stories so that they have something to say about them i mean come on they need to get help and learn from their mistakes like i said i my comment on the blogs i read no one said anything about don cornelius getting probation and community service he is 72 years old and no one said anything about that situation and they want to jump on chris no one mention terrance howard dv past no one mention the chick from real housewive of new york for hitting her ex-boyfriend i just dont get it i know that dv is happening to women more but abuse to anyone need to be discussed thats what makes me mad because ever since this situation has happened to chris and rihanna we want to start a conversation about teens being in these types of relationships and we know that this has been happening and it take two celebrities for this to happen we need to stop waiting for something to happen to these celebrities for we as a public want to say or do something if this was a couple down the street would we even care people get real

To Lady L_Oh bebe winans definitely got black-listed in the gospel community, but you have to see that secular music is a much bigger industry. But i don’t get upset b/c every1 i know has been speaking for years about abuse (in all it’s forms). You just can’t let it upset you 2 the point where ur pointing fingers and getting ur spirit all upset. Just pray 4 them and reach out in ur own community.

im sick of this whole situation. this happens to women everyday, but it’s like noone cares because they are not a celebrity. i have a question just curious, when it was learned that BEBE Winans assulted his ex wife a man far older and wiser and a man of god, why didn’t he get or continued to get verbally attacked like chris brown still is to this day? my god chris is still a KID..he are Rhianna are young KIDS. he is a year older than my son. and my son makes some stupid mistakes everyday. but i don’t continue to beat it in his head everytimehe makes a stupid decision, i talk with him and help him understand to make better choices. but it is amzing to me that BEBE winans got a slap on the wrist from the media, they talked about it for a day and it was over, why is that? and he still host his job on Sunday BEst. they asked everyone famous and them some “what do you think about the Chris Brown Rhianna incident over and over and over..but i didn’t see anyone going around asking people in the gospel community or any of the singers they ask about CB about BeBe Winans, unbelievable! Im not going to damn Chris Brown to etrnal hell like evryone, all I can say is that I hope they have both learned a lesson from this< they are BOTH , beautiful, young, and talented individuals. Learn from this an move on. when a women commits Domestic vIOLENCE ON A WOMEN IT DOSEN’T NEARLY GET THIS MUCH ATTENTION.

please i dont understand why people are saying that he shouldnt get away with yes he should recieve some kind of consequence for his actions but did anyone say this when don cornelius got with it he got probation and community service i dont undersand why the photo was released and the person over tmz is a lawyer im pretty sure that he knew that releasing that photo that the case would end up like this why release a photo that could be part of evidence and the world world has seen it i dont get that there wasnt any hype when don cornelius went to court for hitting his wife so why is this any different i know yall gonna get mad for me saying that but i dont care and im not saying that what chris did was right but come on there is some much put on this saying that his career is over terrance howard still acting in movies

I think I wrote this earlier, but this is just like the R. Kelly trial. The reason R. got off was because the evidence was mishandled, not because he wasn’t guilty. Same with the photo – since a cop sold it to TMZ, the case is tainted. That pic will never be allowed in a court of law now (just like R. Kelly’s tapes weren’t.) It’s not just a matter of proof of guilt, it’s that the legal process be followed.
