Miley Cyrus is growing up right before our eyes showing off her legs in this Hervé Léger by Max Azria Fall 2009 at the UK Film Premiere of Hannah Montana – The Movie at the Odeon Leicester Square Thursday afternoon in London, England. Miley isn’t grown yet, so she needs to watch the length of your dresses. Remember, the dollar bill rule…if you are showing more skin then the dollar can cover, it is too short!

the dollar bill rule?!?!? thats the dumbest thing i’ve ever heard. the rule is if the dress/skirt is shorter than the length from your shoulder to ur middle finger with ur arm at ur side then it’s too short!

the skirt is a little short, but so what? What teenager girl doesnt try to get away with short skirts…i know i did. I really dont like this girl, but she does look cute.

I love the dress. Its nice to see a more fashionable look on her. It is too short for her though. If they would have added like 4 or 5 more inches to the length then it would have been perfect.

spicy goddess you re on the button with me, every time i see this girl in pics i just think….wtf where are her parents??! but though the dress is cut it could use an additional 4 inches of length for her age and he “celebrity” status, she’s already too out there as it is
