April 22, 2009 Jill Scott Welcomes Baby Boy!
Love muffins, singer/actress Jill Scott and her fiancé (Lil John Roberts) welcomed a baby boy into this world Monday afternoon. Jett Hamilton Roberts weighed in at 7 lbs., 8 oz.
“I definitely had issues over the course of my life, reproduction issues,” she explains to PEOPLE. “I was married for five years and could never conceive a child. Until now … It’s the most amazing thing that’s ever happened to me.”
I am happy that she was able to conceive a child. Sometimes things happen for a reason and not when we expect them to. Jill Scott is truly living her live like it’s golden!

I am so happy for her … a baby is always a giftm expecially when you suffer from these issues! We had this in our own family but now I have the sweetest (adopted) cousin EVER !

Wow! I didn’t even know she was expecting. Congrats! She’s got me so wrapped up in that HBO show of hers(Ladies’ No. 1 Detective Agency) , I’m feeling extra excited. She had me so down and in tears, watching the show, as her character stood in front of her poor baby’s grave. Jill is such a great actress. I’m glad her life is so golden in real life.

That’s beautiful. Your right about the timing sometimes not being right. Maybe that wasn’t the man God intended her to be with and didn’t want a child to be a hinderance to putting him in her past. Anyway i wish the best for her and her new baby and Boo Daddy.

Big as she is you would’ve thought that lil mf would come out lookin like a toddler. JK says Jill Scott is beautiful in person and has a great personality.

What kind of mean thing is that to say about someone weight. The size of a woman that size don’t have toddlers, the size of the old Star Jones bring forth Toddlers.
