April 22, 2009 Beyonce On ‘Letterman’ Tonight!
Beyonce Knowles visited the Late Show with David Letterman at the Ed Sullivan Theater on Wednesday afternoon in New York City, New York rocking it out in a blue low cut ensemble and a white Elie Saab Fall 2009 ensemble to show off her curves. Earlier today, a lot of scandal has been going around about Beyonce’s vocal ability from an unedited sound board recording.
“Everyone’s heard me sing and it’s perfect timing, actually, because I’ll be on the Today show tomorrow singing ‘Halo,’ or tonight you can watch me sing live on David Letterman!” she told MTV News. “It’s perfect promotion, whoever came up with that idea.”
For those of you who honestly believed that was Beyonce sounding like a hyena singing “If I Were A Boy”, tisk tisk. You can’t deny that Beyonce has a voice (even if you are not a fan).

Ummm, I’m sorry – but that sound clip is 100% REAL and UNEDITED!
Of course, we all know that Beyonce CAN sing her booty off, but that clip is real. The proof is in the same audio when Howard Stern plays a clip of the same thing happening to Enrique Iglesias. Enrique actually had to go on Howard Stern’s show to prove he could actually sing.
This happens to singers all the time when they’re lip-syncing on a track. They’re not just standing on stage mimicking mouth movements without making a sound – most of the the time they’re actually singing along with the track to make it look and sound more authentic. Obviously what happened was Beyonce was lip-syncing that performance and actually singing along with the track, but not really focusing on how she sounded because she knew the audience couldn’t hear her real vocals anyway. However, some guy thought it would be funny to record her actual vocals from the sound board and upload them to the internet.
I don’t think anybody is listening to this and thinking Beyonce can’t sing. We know she can sing her ass off. But still…it’s hilarious hearing her sound like that. Maybe she’ll be cautious next time she decides to lip-sync.
Damn – you priorities are getting messed up when even singers who CAN sing are lip-syncing these days…

If you really listen to the audio very very very closely, you can hear the track being tampered with. The audio completely switches, almost as if someone had warped her voice (kind of like how you can make your voice sound like a chipmunk with autotune) Im not even a beyonce fan, but i can still hear the original vocals being tampered with on the track. Even in the video, not all of her vocals were sour & during that switch from good to bad, you can hear the evident change that is being made.
I also dont believe this is real because her voice was very loud in that video…screeching! You cant tell me that NOBODY around her heard that if that audio was real..even if her microphone wasn’t on, as loud as that screaming was, somebody would have heard it and put the stank face on immediately..also why is this taking so long to get out if it’s real? she did this months ago.. i say FAKE..

Also if you watch the video, you will see the timing is WAY off..it’s way faster than the original video of her singing this song.. especially on the parts with the high notes..
oh and i heard the creator of this came out and admitted that this was 100% fake..

She can still sing, it’s just she couldn’t hear herself. She was just singing with a pre-recorded voice that was playing in her ear.

when i heard that i knew it was fake but if that somehow was real it will be too funny lol but anyways i am a fan of beyonce and i read some comment saying that she alwys sing live which i dont believe because with all that dancing she does to sing so powerful goodness she should be called superwomen lol because she has to catch her breath with those hard dance moves and i dont have no problem with artists lip lsyncing as long as the artist give a great performance now if she was singing wothot dancing than there is not need to lip synce becuase she is not dancing

not a die hard beyonce hard but i do attend shows with fans who love her. i have seen her live so many times and i know there are many tricks and things. they tape is funny to me beyond belief so funny i want it as a ring tone. however baby girl can sing her big azz off! people have days whatever can be said. at the end of the day she still got her bad azz vocals and selling out shows

Beyonce is a vocalist first and foremost and a damn good one at that…and even on her worst day she can slay more than half of those damn broads. the artist sings the verses but the track does the choruses and sometimes the bridges…….and the artist does all the ab-libs on their own

BUT one thing you cant deny is how fierce those two outfits are!
