ok hayley, TV One is an African-American station, so of course they are going to list African-American people. White people have tons of their own stations and hot lists and when do they put our people on their lists? Maxim’s Top 100 had maybe 5 Black women and 10 women of color period. so please stop hating and support your own race. Also there are Black women who have natural pretty hair. Blonde doesn’t equal better honey.
