March 15, 2009 iPhone 3.0 Announcement On March 17th!

Love muffins, are you getting that itch to go out and buy a new cell phone? Is your cell phone on its last limb and you just want to throw it down into the subway tracks? Well, you may not have to wait much longer.
Apple is preparing to demonstrate iPhone Software 3.0 on Tuesday, March 17th. The new OS is rumored to be able to run applications in the background, support MMS, among other things. This is exciting news because traditionally Apple shows off its new iPhone Software in March, followed by new hardware in the June/July timeframe. What this means, love muffins, is that more than likely we will see a new iPhone by summer. Exciting news – so like I said, you may want to hold off on your crackberry purchases for now.

Damn, B. Scott, I’m surprised. You are really tech-savy!
I have the first generation iPhone, so this is great news! Right around when my contract ends, a new one will start!
I hope the hardware includes higher resolution camera, slimmer design and video recording!

Your contract doesn’t have to end to get a new iPhone. For whatever reason, if you’re getting another one, they don’t care.
