The Beverly Hills Superior Court put out a warrant for Lohan’s arrest related to her 2007 hit-and-run case. Lohan is currently serving a three-year probation term for this second DUI offense. Lindsay has reportedly not been complying with the terms of her probation, specifically with the terms of her alcohol ed program.

Police were called to girlfriend Sam Ronson’s home yesterday after the couple got into an argument, but no arrest was made because the couple wouldn’t open the door, and because of confusion over the way in which the warrant was issued.

Lohan’s hearing is set for Monday in a Beverly Hills courtroom, which she reportedly will not attend.

“A warrant was in fact issued Friday for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan,” a police statement read. “The circumstances leading to the issuance by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Ms. Lohan will surrender herself so this matter can be resolved in at timely manner.”
