Keri Hilson, who recently dissed both Beyonce and Ciara on her “Turnin Me On” remix feat. T-Pain and Lil’ Wayne, has just released a mixtape featuring the controversial remix. Well, love muffins, let me just tell you that the mixtape is hot like fire and “Slow Dance” is so my sexy jam! Note: The origin and/or legitimacy of the tracks included on this “mixtape” are unknown.

Update: Keri Hilson says she tried to prevent the “Turnin’ Me Off” remix – which features the line, “I shot the sheriff but wait till I shoot the bitches down” – from being released. Speaking with Atlanta’s V103 Hilson says, “This is a true leak. I did fight this coming out.” Hilson’s album, In A Perfect World, is due to hit stores and digital retailers after a series of delays March 24. Hilson is reportedly unsure of how the song leaked, but wants everyone to know that she thought twice about putting how she was “feeling in that moment” out there.

“I didn’t want it [to] come out because we played it for people when I did it. The fact that they (people) brought back names was like ‘okay that’s not the reaction that we need,’ that’s not what it’s supposed to be about.”
According to Hilson who told Ciara, “it’s not about you, it’s not about nobody, [it's] about haters,” producer Polow Da Don agreed not to release it. However, as some critics and fans know, Polow Da Don has in the past been rumored to leak tracks such as Usher’s “Yeah.”
Polow Da Don, who was in the studio with Ciara, has defended the song as well stating, “At the end of the day this song was not provoked by Ciara, Beyonce or Keyshia Cole.”
Not giving names, Hilson backs Polow Da Don up by saying, “I’m not jealous of anybody’s career. There have been many people, specifically girls. It’s anybody that tried to take me down and didn’t want to see me succeed.”
Ciara responded to Keri Hilson and the rumored diss being directed in her direction stating, “there has never been any hatred from my end.”
Keri Hilson’s debut album, In A Perfect World, featuring the singles “Turnin’ Me On” and “Energy,” is due in stores March 24. [Source]

So Keri dissed these girls and now is tryin to take it back by saying she never wanted the song leaked. I just have 1 question: so what female artist is going to want Keri to write for them now?!!??? It doesn’t matter if she was going at Bey or CiCi. Now, no artist is going to want to record her songs since they may get dissed by her later. Not only she played herself as an artist, she just jacked up her own future publishing. Who is advising these artists to do shit like this? These songwriters turned artists are getting on my nerves. Have you ever once heard Diane Warren try to claim credit for the success of Whitney Houston, Brandy, or Aerosmith? Have you ever heard Linda Perry claim credit for the success of Pink or Christina A.? Let be forreal because even when her songs get chosen only a few make single status! As far as writers she has nothing on the success of Neyo, Kandi Burress, or Sean Garrett. I think “KeriBaby” should stay in her own lane. I liked her more before this lil mixtape outburst!
