Love muffins, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie are expecting their second child! Congratulations! Joel released a statement on his website stating that “[he is] so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed [his] family”.

“I’m so excited for Nicole,” Paris Hilton told PEOPLE …Hilton’s mom, Kathy, has a hunch that Richie, 27, may be seeing blue this time around. “I think it’s going to be a boy,” said Kathy. “I’m never wrong.”
