February 21, 2009 Rihanna First Photos After Assault & Reps Release Statement
These photos courtesy of TMZ of Rihanna are the first since her “alleged” assault by her hopefully ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown.
With her head down and wearing sunglasses, Rihanna was spotted on her way to an airport in the L.A. area on Thursday on the eve of her 21st birthday.
Reps for Rihanna released this statement today on her behalf:
“At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown. She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time.”

if rihanna and chris decides to get back together that’s their business not ours we shouldn’t have no input on who she goes out with whenever they get the help they need and decide to get back together then we should support her decision not criticize her for what you think is the wrong decision and if they decide not be together then thats their business and let them move on we dont want people telling us what we should or shouldnt do so why is it ok for us the public to decide what rihanna should do the only people that should influence her decision should be her family not the public back off and let her be couples have been through worse situations then this and stayed togethr not saying that this isnt a worse situation but im just saying let them get get through this without us as the public trying to tell them what they should or shouldnt do

Rihanna and chris are gonna have hard just like any one else. They don’t need the media following behind them every to seconds posting somthing new and out of line. They are bth just people like every one people juss know theirs names and they famous. Yet serioisly this is reality and people think that these things can’t happen because their famous just let them be not justfying that this situation is wrong or right but we kno that god has every thing happen for a reason. My heart and prayers go to both Rhianna for her pain and Chris for his actions. I hope that they both get the help they need and that all of their fans can learn something from this instead of condemning. I have been a witness to abuse and unless you are one of the people involved you do not know the full story so let’s not judge. Just pray for both of them to get the help that they need. “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone”

I hope she gets around people and family that love her today. Turning 21 should be a time of joy not depression or sadness…my prayers are with Ri ri and Chris. Hopefully this will wake him up and turn him around! before its to late. It’s already to late for Ri ri…he messed her up…and I hope young ladies will realize that it’s not cute to let a man abuse you in any form or fashion because sooner or later he will jack you right up! Everybody keep your hands to yourself!

If Rihanna decides to get back with Chris Brown, she is a fool. He does not love, nor does he care about her. You just don’t do things like that to people you love. And I understand that he may have problems, but that does not make it right. And she does not deserve that. Of course, no one knows the real story. She may have started it. But
[regardless] he did not have to hit her with a 7-punch+slap+bite combo. Most of this situation is speculation. But with situations like that it is a one time deal. Once you put your hands on “me”[figuratively speaking] it’s a wrap. No ands, ifs, or buts. No excuses!

as a fan of both, this is disturbing and very disappointing…i immediately talked to my 8-yr. old neice and she was heartbroken over what chris brown had done. i made sure to explain to her that his actions were wrong and against the law, and i made sure to let her know that neither man nor woman has the right to put their hands on someone else.
i hope that both of these young people can bounce back from this terrible situation and I hope that they seek counsel from the good Lord.

Personally I feel that everyone should stop making comments on the situation because we were not there. We dont know what happen we only know what we have heard. Personally us non- celebrity put up with alot of things in our own relationship that people might think is cause for a break so therefore we should all work on ourselve. We focus more on this than the New York Post incident which more worthy of our concern.
