Jay-Z and Beyonce attended the Roca Wear Retreat Party and Concert Sunday night in Scottsdale, Arizona. Beyonce is indeed wearing shorts. I would love to feel the California weather again just to walk down the street with the sun warming me up. Thoughts? View more pictures after the jump –
