OMG this scene makes me weep everytime and is one of my favorites as well….

This was one of my favorite parts of the movie too. The other is when Oprah comes to Whoopie and tells her “You told Harpo to beat me! All my life I had to fight!” lol yes this is truely a classic.

This is my all time favorite scene in this film. I can skip the rest of the movie just to watch this scene. It makes you feel the Spirit and I feel renewed each time I hear it.
