Everyone always assumes that DUI means drinking and driving. She was not arrested for drunk driving, she was put on PRESCRIPTION medication for her anxiety and depression and thats why she looked out of it. Since they both played biatchesness on Melrose Place ( Heather being the big fish back then) it would be a small sour twist of fate. They dropped the case but they still fined her. Its not how much you drink. Its what happens when you drink...if you get behind the wheel of a car after obviously having too many then I would say you have a problem. For example - Mystical. He's still in jail. He was supposed to get out and got his sentence "extended" on "tax evasion"... How the hayl he evaded taxes when he was in jail? That would be his accountant...right? Now - flash forward to R Kelly. Ray Charles is dead and was blind and could see that was a child in the tape. Sammy's glass eye in a glass of water could also see this was a child that Kelly was having sex with ON TAPE. Heather getting off is almost a whoop-de-doo to me.
