January 2, 2009 Heather Locklear’s DUI Case Dismissed!
Love muffins, it looks like Heather Locklear’s DUI case has been dismissed. Last August she was arrested in Santa Barbara County after a highway patrolman pulled her over on suspicion of driving while impaired.
A judge placed Locklear — who was not present — on three years probation, and ordered her to pay a $700 fine and attend a 12-hour drug education class. US
Well, I think three years probation is good, but I think she needs to do some community service as well. Thoughts?

The name “Celebrity” gets entirely too many folks off – then others it sticks with hellafied sentences. For example – Mystical. He’s still in jail. He was supposed to get out and got his sentence “extended” on “tax evasion”… How the hayl he evaded taxes when he was in jail? That would be his accountant…right? Now – flash forward to R Kelly. Ray Charles is dead and was blind and could see that was a child in the tape. Sammy’s glass eye in a glass of water could also see this was a child that Kelly was having sex with ON TAPE.
Heather getting off is almost a whoop-de-doo to me. I don’t understand Hollywood/Hollywierd – and how they decide who gets “stuck” and who doesn’t….

What??? Its not how much you drink. Its what happens when you drink…if you get behind the wheel of a car after obviously having too many then I would say you have a problem. I think she drinks too much, this is a disease and it is progressive. I think she should have been charged!!

Heather Locklear should mow Marcia Cross’s( Bree van der Kamp D.H) lawn and clean her house or something. Since they– oh wow thats really cruel now that i think about it. Since they both played biatchesness on Melrose Place ( Heather being the big fish back then) it would be a small sour twist of fate. They dropped the case but they still fined her. I wonder if an every day Joe would get fined more or less in the same situation……!

You people need to calm down, including you B. Everyone always assumes that DUI means drinking and driving. She was not arrested for drunk driving, she was put on PRESCRIPTION medication for her anxiety and depression and thats why she looked out of it. I know how those pills make you feel- I’ve been there.

Well now…………….. I pray this never happens to me but if it ever does I hope I can get off light just by being a regular person.
