Hilary Duff rung the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday in New York City in a cute all black ensemble where she supported one of her charities: Blessing in a Backpack. This lovely charity provides meals to children who are underprivileged. I love it when celebrities give back, especially when it is from their heart! Thoughts? View more pictures after the jump –
