Newlywed Scarlett Johansson looked radiant as she strutted her stuff in a Roland Mouret dress, Van Cleefs and Arpels jewelry and Christian Louboutin shoes as she co-hosted The Nobel Peace Prize Concert 2008 at the Oslo Spektrum Thursday night in Oslo, Norway. Diana Ross and her mountain full of beautiful hair sung what I hoped her heavenly tunes while the crowd looked on. Scarlett also attended the press conference along with Michael Caine. Thoughts?
