November 28, 2008 Worker Dies In Black Friday Store Rush!
VALLEY STREAM (WABC) — A Wal-Mart employee died and four others were hurt in the Black Friday rush to get into the Valley Stream store this morning. The injuries occurred as the shoppers crammed into the Wal-Mart when the doors opened at 5 a.m. Police said the shoppers knocked the man to the ground at 5:03 a.m., three minutes after the store opened. A 34-year-old Wal-Mart employee suffered an apparent heart attack and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

omg people its not that serious to be acting a damn fool because sales or good on one particular day..thats really sad i tell you. acting like a bunch of uncivilized animals just to rush in a store.

See? Stupid stuff like this will make certain states ban Black Friday in the future. No one has ever, EVER died from BF. And the bad thing, the sales weren’t even all that. I pray for the man’s family.

this mall is 5 mins away from my house..this is the mall where all the black ppl go..my mama said why we black ppl gotta act like we have no sense barack is president …in a way she right but on a serious note i feel bad for the guy who got killed imagine havin to wake up extra early for work nd then u die

I don’t live far from this mall. I go there every now and then. It’s crazy how people act just over sales.
Oh. And I heard that this man didn’t have a heart attack. They’re saying that he did just so the store can’t be blamed

ok its sad that those things occur but i was a manager at a wal-mart in indiana and blitz is a serious thing and dont let there be a mother of twins they are the worst they need two of everything and any and every1 is going down so they can get it. But note to all most of your big ticket items sell fast and the price wont drop after blitz but all of ur toys and clothes will fall dramatically u’ll be mad u paid 40 for the toy and it goes down to ten wait it out xxooxxo

This makes no damn sense. People need to teach there loved ones husbands/wives/kids and who the hell ever that this is not what it’s about. You get what you can get and be grateful! It is not that damn serious! I am not going to be camping out just to get lil’ bunny foo-foo first! My prayers are with his family. Damn shame

that is stupid. the economic crisis isn’t even allowing for sales that good anyway. and some places have 2 day sales, so really!
i think his family should sue. and all the shoppers should be charged a fine of some sort. unless they can pinpoint who it was. then arrest that person.
