The Robin Thicke video was good. Solange was too. That peein on a stick thing was a little much though. I dont think chicks fling they hair like that many times pissin on a pregnancy test. haha

Solange looks great and I loved her concept. I was lost for a while and thought it was a little random but it all came together in the end. I love the song and she looks amazing in the video!

Well I just love the fuck out of Robin Thicke but I do wish he wouldn’t sing in that falsetto so much as he sounds like he’s struggling. He sounds so much better and sexier when he hits the lower notes. But I ain’t mad at him!
I also wish he would of used his wife in the video instead of that cheap Naomi Campbell knock off. That chick was scary skinny and not very cute at all.
Solange had an interesting video and I like the concept of the song. I was trying to figure out why she sitting on the toilet but then it all made sense. Her son is too cute!

she did something the other night that she should not have done….so once she gets home she takes a pregnancy test and finds she is pregnant….she then sends the test to the guy she slipped up with..along with a picture saying she is really in love..with her lovechild..the band following her was metaphorical somehow i dk lol

Ok Robin’s song is nice.
But the video …
I don’t know how I would feel as a black woman( I am a deep dark chocolate man) seeing him roll around in the bed with some dark chocolate “B” with hair down her back.
I mean – she had NO curves. If this was a fashion show video I would be easier for me to swallow.
But they are just in the bed – Why did they cast such a skinny girl?
And more importantly – Why do I care?

solange’s video is stupid! i couldm’t think of a better word. i mean what was with th random jog in the yackbackrobe. she’s a dumb mess. robin thicke got me pregnant at work. the end. that video was everything! OW! i feel u trouble as a brown sista witta curve, but regardless the song was pretty and the video was not the typcical. sheesh neithr was solames…lol but whatever. solame needs to sit DOWN! she’s looking weird and her “acting” or moving props or whatever looked stocatto and cheap and unbelievable.

I think the band in Solanges Video represents her running away from “facing the music” you know so she tries to ignore it til she juz akes the test!
But I loved the video and she was gorgeous and the hair was bouncin like a M^%$%^!#$*! lol!

I liked Solange’s video except the drawn out toilet scene. eeewww. We could have got the message with less of that.
As for Robin Thicke’s video. I LOVE IT! But for very bias reasons. As a black woman in an interracial relationship, I’m glad it can be seen as something beautiful. This is also including seeing Hollister use a similar image and another ad in Vanity Fair.
Too bad some folks can’t stop the hate in 08 because the girl is thin and is rocking longer tresses. Get secure with yourselves. Then maybe we can stop the hate in 09???? not as catchy though….
