@Ms Molly, I guess you don’t see this as wasting you’re time. “Because we can” is simply dumb to me, sure you can, you can jump off a bridge for that matter, but do you? I know the difference between those three things you’ve written. Saying how you feel about Beyonce is having an opinion, but simply hating is so stupid to me. Don’t get paid for it, don’t get your time back for it. It seems as if hating is most of ya’ll’s objective, I mean the haters, considering you said you’re not a hater. Looking at your post, you have written all of that, all you had to say was “i’d rather see Uma Thurman play wonder woman”. Instead, you came at me. To answer some questions as to why “haters” (I don’t consider myself a hater by the way) or whateva you would like to call us, can comment their dislike is because, SIMPLY, we can. Beyonce is in an industry where she will be criticized, and judged. It come’s with the terrority. DEAL WITH IT. Its okay that you can comment on how much you LOVE Beyonce, but its not alright for someone to say they don’t like her as an actress, singer, etc. Everyone here is entitled to their own opinion. And to answers Melissa question, its because we can. Its because everyone has the right to say what they want. Now, that doesn’t mean that their RIGHT, It doesn’t mean that you have the right to just go around “hating”, it just means that everyone is entitled to how they feel. And if you don’t like WHAT OTHERS have to say about your girl Bee, then take your own advice. DON’T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO IT. Half of you die hard Bee fans don’t even know the difference between CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, opinions,and hating anyway.

By the way, i’d rather see Uma Thurman as wonder woman.

nope im not doing the same thing because ive been involved in the political process since i was able to vote and that got my time and energy. i dont be on here everyday to look for the singers i enjoy. i come on this message board to discuss certain things but some ppl take things too far, like stanning over certain celebrities. i enjoy alot of ppl but one will never know because i dont defend music artist like some people do. i’ll state my opinion and then keep it moving. if i like whomever id say a coupl of things and then be done with it. not everybody like who i like, thats what makes the world go around, DIFFERENT OPINIONS

beyonce was supposed to be the star of dremagirls but who did the best in the movie, everybody except beyonce. she sounded like a retarded country person in dreamgirls. that was supposed to be beyonce breakout role, LOL she did good in the movie when she was singing because thats her skill. acting is not and i never saw her act before so i had nothing to go on. wait i did see carmen that hip hopera. but i thought she’d hire a acting coach and do a decent job but she didnt. beyonce cant act and shes only getting roles based on her name.

everybody dont take movie roles because of the money.

Will Smith was offered the lead role in the “Matrix” but you know what he turned it down so dont say who wouldnt take the role for money.,

real actors dont just take roles because than can and they’ll get paid, maybe thats how you do things but everybody else is not.

@melissa as i said before we all have opur own opinions and we can watch whatever we want, im pretty sure ytou dont like alot of things but you still comment on them. of course youre not going to admit to it but hey thats you. if i dont like something i will state it. im not a fan of majority of the music beyonce put out and i never purchased none of her muisic and i never will, but if she have a song i enjoy i will state it. thats having an opinion.

If she has a desire to be wonder woman I say go for it! ahhh…the concept of “100% black”. It’s the silliest idea I have ever heard.

If we think back to slavery when people were brought to the united states, PEOPLE MIXED. Either they fell in love or other means but people MIXED. Being Black inevitably MAKES YOU MIXED.

It’s simple history. If someone is able to prove that none of their anscestors ever had a child with someone of another race besides those from Africa, yet have been in the united states for many many many generations, that would be amazing…because it’s nearly impossible.

So please do not insult your own intellegence with the concept of “100% black”. It shows you do not understand your own history or culture and have an inability to critically think.

I am a fan of Beyonce, I think she is a great onstage performer…BUT I feel like these roles can go to someone who can actually act. With all due respect, her acting is very limited and there are too many great up and coming actresses that can have this role (and more then likely will get the role anyways). Nobody has time to sit around and wait for Beyonce to come up-to-par with her skills.

Im not mad at her for trying to branch out, but some people have the acting skills…and some just dont. Im tired of seeing singers that can barely act get roles that need to go to real actors. It has nothing to do with ‘hating’ (some people use that word a little too loosly), its just keeping it all the way real.
