November 7, 2008 MTV European Music Awards!
Many celebrities walked the runway and performed at MTV’s European Music Awards Thursday night in Liverpool. Beyonce got her ‘Sasha’ on on the red carpet. Cute nails Solange! Usually I love Duffy’s choice in clothing, but this is a big no-no from me. Bad Duffy! I do love her little black dress she performed in. Pink looked cute in her ensemble, but I know I have seen someone else where it. When I figure it out, I will do a double take on it. Katy Perry’s ensemble reminds me of a peacock, but in a good way. Leona Lewis looked breathtaking in her ensemble. If you haven’t heard, Simon Cowell is pissed off because the writer behind Beyonce’s “Halo” (which will be her second single along with “Ego”) decided to give the song to Beyonce instead of waiting on Leona to make room on her schedule. I can’t imagine why Pink!would see that dress on somebody and then choose to wear it herself. He looks like she got lost on her way to the oscars which she wasn’t invited to in the first place.

Beyonce looks a mess in that performance dress and it looks like a Rihanna knock-off. Why is there always some song-drama with her? Heres a concept… write your own damn songs. I still can’t fathom the relevency of Solange? Duffy looks the hottest mess of the night while Leona looked the best!

beyonce is amazing and Katy Perry is great in my book. God forbid someone dresses not like everyone else. and the “black we we” comment. PARTY FOUL. They have been together for a while and even before then she had her image.

What the hell!! In the music and movie industry, artists emulate and take ideas from people that they admire or like in terms of style so grow the fuck up and stop trying to act like Beyonce is the only one who does such things. I just really disliks when stars purposelly try so hard to be different, in a way not a s tyle they very much like, but to try and be like the next big thing and all cool, and the Beyonce mess is getting annoying.
Don’t worry little knowles defenders, I have ignored beyonce for the most part, have’nt talked bad about her, but she does annoy me.
escpecially with this new glove thing. seriously, thats about as bad as if she put on a ladies version of a thriller video outfit and made a video with it on. How can you get by with a glove and not think of MJ? plus shes doing that -trying to hard- thing.
now i must admit rhianna and chris brown are much worse, though. Rhianna copies beyonce with ever chance, and she also nit picks things from ever other star. Chirs Brown is a TOTAL MJ rip-off, and don’t say he isn’t “he’s just a fan” crap, if your an MJ fan and watch mj’s stuff all the time, your a pure-fool to think he doesn’t copy. go watch smooth criminal, then gimme that. if you know enough Mj you can also point out like 5 -signature- MJ moves in that vid.
Margo, theres a difference between people copying and looking up to other artist. It’s like a newbie artist going into an art community, copying the best artist there and trying to sell there art, all the atleast above normal artist sit there silentley shaking there heads because appearntley no one on TV has the will to point out how much they all copy each other.
and when will they get over ‘yeah MJ is the best the music has seen’ – that doesn’t meean copying hom will automatically make you great, too.
