Yeah, you bought 2 albums out of 11 (studio albums). Go buy Butterfly, go watch the videos from that album, and come back to me. Butterfly would be Mariah in her peak in every way. So again, you owning less than 20% of her albums equates to nothing

Beloved you obviously don’t get it. This is not a “Mariah” song. She’s singing it as her character not “Mariah”. This is a beautiful song, with the correct rawness, gentlesness for her character. It’s not supposed to be a huge belting ballad. She’s been killing ballads long before JD. Majority of her #1’s are songs NOT produced by JD.

nice mellow song, appropriate for the character of her new movie. I think the woman is abused and wants to be a singer. Sounds nice to me. And yes DRB, you dont know nuthin about MC’s music. She’s been doing her thing since 1990 on record and JD needs MC. She brough him up and she respects him, but she can work with anyone. Go back to school

BELOVED Touch My Body went #1 and it was produced by Danja. You’re right your are entitled to your opinion but not to say things that so completely untrue and all they have to do is be looked up. She had 8 #1 singles prior to working with JD. Of her 18 # 1’s only 3 of them have been co-produced by JD as Mariah has co-produced practically every song on her albums since Emotions. Know you’re facts!

Beloved I like Beyonce as well and she has an amazing voice but the greatest voice she is not. The style that Beyonce is rocking now has already been done by Mariah. She set the stone alot of these other females are following. If the 2 were to have a sing-off with both using the full range of their ranges, as much as I love B Mariah would slaughter her but hey it’s different strokes for different folks.

Besides how long Mariah is in the business?? I am already tired of Beyonce and she hasn’t even released her album yet. Mariah is listened by people from different generations – fathers, daughters, nieces, etc. Celine and Whitney are somewhere there, but Mariah is still gaining popularity and number ones since 1990’s! Her voice is not as excellent as it was back then, but this woman is singing for such a long time that I take it as no surprise. Still, Beyonce cannot be compared to her, Mariah’s voice is more mature and diverse. Beyonce’s voice is not although she is better than she was since the first DC album. Therefore, Beloved you are a fool to write such things and you don’t know a shit about Mariah’s voice and her perfomances. Check her performance from BET when she sang Vision of Love with the promotion of TEOM and it was just 2 years ago…? Mariah is an artist, Beyonce is an entertainer.

Mariah Carey has made history. People can so easily diss her here. She does not need but a few more hits to outdo Elvis and the Beatles. No other artist has done that. Please understand that I like Mariah, Beyonce, and Janet and the truth is none of them needs to have another hit because they all wrote hits over the years. It’s the Chris Browns who are the ones that the world need to watch to take the top spot…

“BELOVED” hate Mariah, but it makes me laugh coz i do love mariah carey,, but it looks like he/she know lot of things about Mimi,, maybe she/he just shy to admit it that until now, mariah is still mariah carey, no one can replace her. and her talent when it comes to music,, she write her own songs,, all from deep emotions,, you cant compare mariah carey to anyone
