Ne-Yo celebrated his 29th birthday sponsored by Hennessey held at Whiskey in the W Hotel in New York City Tuesday night. Christina Milian, Vivica A. Fox, and Jon B. came out to help celebrate with him. On the other side of the country that same night, Katy Perry also celebrated her 24th birthday party hosted by Malibu Rum held at Siren Studios in Los Angeles.
