October 27, 2008 Lil’ Wayne Does The Voodoo!

Lil’ Wayne performed during the 2008 Voodoo Fest at New Orleans City Park on Saturday in New Orleans. If you don’t know, the rapper welcomed a new baby last Wednesday. The child was named Dwayne Carter III and born in Cincinnati, Ohio on Wednesday afternoon. This is his second child. Thoughts? View more pictures after the jump –
