Eve was seen spotted wearing a unique Barack Obama image on her nails at The Chanel Mobile Event In NYC Tuesday night. I see plenty of stars wearing unique patterns on their nails – I love it! I think it can make a boring ensemble come alive. Thoughts? View more pictures after the jump –
