October 15, 2008 Hate It or Love It: B. Scott @ Ashanti’s Bday
As the above post stated, I had a super duper great time at Ashanti and Keyshia Cole’s birthday celebration (even though Keyshia Cole didn’t show) at Area in Beverly Hills, California on Monday. So I just wanted to get your feedback on my last minute ensemble which consisted of a plaid vest with vintage white t-shirt, black diesel jeans and Y-3 Tenji Mid Sneakers that I rocked with no makeup (just a little clear Mac lip-gloss) and pulled back long hair. Let me know whether you hate or love it!

For the type of event you attended, you could have brought it better than this. The look is nice, but just too laid back for a celeb’s Birthday party! I will however say that even without make-up you bring a fierce face to any party!!!

im thinking close. i think the vest should have been monochrome it shuda been grey with black and white checks the tartan colour doesnt go makes it look like your trying to hard monochrom colours would have given it a sophisticated retro look. loving the less is more tho

I think the fierce in you stayed at home. I don’t like the look and especially the vest. Your face is beautiful natural but the outfit….me no likey. You usually outshine but get..everyone has a bad fashion day. We know how you usually do lol!

I would have had a solid white tee (long or shoret sleeve)with the vest and some ed hardy chuck tailors to complete the punk look.
