Does anyone seem to be interested in the serious message behind these two pop songs “If I were a Boy” and “Womaniser”?
That’s what I like about these two songs.

They songs are supposed to be light-hearted pop songs but actually they are a serious social commentary on relations between men and women today. Someone smart must be behind the singers…men, probably.

Okay, I never leave comments, but that video was HOTT!! I remember when I was younger and couldn’t wait to get home just to sit in front of the T.V. and watch MTV music video’s until dinner. That’s the feeling I had watching Beyonce’s video. It was so elegant and honest. I love how she pushes the envelope everytime around. WOW is all I can really muster….WOW!! BEAUTIFUL!! EXCELLENT!!

She is amazing in this video.

She did a great job. Welcome back B! So much growth as an artist. Bringing new material that you wouldn’t expect from her.

I thought brit did good too. However, she came back as Classic Britney. No growth, just a change of wigs. But still, good for her glad to see she’s ok.

Beyonce wins hands down! That’s why they call her Queen B!

ii loved the song, since ii heard it, && since ii’ve seen the video ii have loved it even more. ii haven’t seen the whole thing, but ii can’t wait.
beyonce has taken something so common, like the double standard, && has COMPLETELY reciprocated it, to make it this THUNDER STORM.

ii didn’t know that jake nava directed this, && ever since he was wit her from day 1, ii said, “when ii get famous, ii want him directing my shit,” && ii still mean it.

As Prince would say “One word… BEYONCE!” Lol. This video kept me glued to my computer screen. She’s gonna be legendary. I’m so glad that real music is back out. for a minute there was nothing good I could listen to. I still don’t like the song…..it sounds country song to slow pace… and frankly depressing story line. I like the fact she tired to do something different in the video…she gets points on that. But overall it came out boring and it didn’t excite me to buy the album so far with the 2 songs release. Bee got to come better then these two singles. When Irreplaceable came out… I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT FROM THE JUMP. DIL.. fell in love….CIL fell in love…Flaws and All…plain beautiful. Green Light…. my jam!

But this…it has not grown on me. I feel like switching the channel on the radio or skipping the song on the cd. This song as well as Single ladies….sound done before and nothing new. Single ladies sound like GMB, CIL and Check on it roll into one. It been done before by Bee frankly nothing new. I mean Solange new album came out refreshing and new. The If I was a Boy video showed she switch roles for a day..but in the end of the day…when they switch roles back…Bee stood there sippin her coffee cup and he walk out of the door. I mean where is the part she leaves him? curse him out?…that what was missing to me in the video….it left the ending pointless….and if she did that she would of won me over with the song. To show if I was a boy I can do this…but since I am a girl… I can leave you with your nonsense….but instead the video came off…too wishy washy to me. It didn’t give the umph of female empowerment to me which Beyonce preaches on. It just show men…. this is what women think you do and beyonce had a chance to run around in a cop uniform. I was not moved.
