October 6, 2008 Easy Cooking: Potatoes Au Gratin
This week is an old favorite that is so easy to do. Potatoes are usually easy to cook anyway but here is a super duper simple recipe for Potato Au Gratin. With just a few simple ingredients you can have anyone eating out the palm of your hand or scrapping the pot. See the recipe after the jump –
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cheddar cheese
can of butter flavored cooking spray
Directions:
Peel, slice and wash potatoes. Spray pan and then place potatoes in pan. Mix cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese together then pour mixture over potatoes. Place in oven at 375 degrees. You know how you like your potatoes but I usually take mine out when it looks like the cheese is browning on the top.
