Chris Brown performed at the Fashion Rocks 2008 Friday night while in New York City. He went all out with his flips and splits. According to Contact Music, Chris also denied that he and Rihanna were about to move in together with one another. Chris stated, “I’m 19! Love muffins, Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, and Carrie Underwood just to name a few, truly amazed me! However, as much as I wanted to jump up and down for this inspirational charity song, I felt like I was cheated somehow with the “Just Stand Up” performance. Did you notice Beyonce’s short hair do?

1. Drink This! “Bahama Mama”

Ingredients:
1/2 ounce rum
1/2 ounce coconut-flavored rum
1/2 ounce grenadine syrup
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 cup crushed ice

Directions:
Blend regular rum, coconut rum, grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice and crushed ice until the texture is like a slush.


2. Watch This! Bangkok Dangerous

Nicholas Cage is starting off the fall movie season with this action/thriller movie. Bangkok Dangerous is supposed to be one of those high paced movies with a lot of edge of your seat moments. I hope that it is all about the hype because Nicholas Cage is a great actor, despite the terrible hair cut they have him sporting in this movie.

3. Wear This! “Cowl Neck Top w/Belt”

This top is super duper cute and it is the very thing you need to look like a star with the fraction of the cost. Keri Hilson is bringing the ultimate sexy with Tank on her new song. With the LL Cool J beat from his song Doin It and it is definitely doing it for me. For the video they should just have Tank walking around with no shirt on.

5. Do This! “Watch The VMA’s”


The moment we’ve all been waiting for is coming up on this Sunday. The VMA’s usually are an awards show that pleases almost every time. This year again, Britney Spears is opening the show but not in the way that we are used to seeing her. She’s not singing this year and I want to know who I can complain to about that (or is she). Brit Brit has been looking great lately and might just be ready for real this time to perform. Check your local listings for time.

This video is one to get hyped to when you want to take a trip back to the early 90s. Everyone remembers Tisha Campbell and Martin Lawrence before they became big and it was because of these two rappers with the House Party movies of the late 80s and early 90s. Christopher “Kid” Reid and Christopher “Play” Martin gave us an era of what was called “happy rap” and it was fun while it lasted just to have a good time listening to music and jamming.
