September 29, 2008 Heather Locklear Arrested!
Lawd have mercy kelly clarkson eddie murphy! Melrose Place star Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night in Santa Barbara County. Highway patrol pulled her over on suspicion of driving while impaired, but it was determined that alcohol was not involved. The police then decided to test Heather to see if she was under the influence of drugs. After being locked up for some hours, she was then released on Sunday without having to post bail. So far, Heather’s rep has not commented on the situation. Heather girl, what is really going on? Thoughts? [Source]

Heather’s not having a good year. The media reported that this arrest was the result of Paul Newman’s passing. Let’s collectively send her good energy.

I don’t think so. what.she.said. She went into a facility for depression earlier this. I think she was on prescription meds because she was booked for “Suspicion of DUI of Prescription Medicine”
