September 24, 2008 Rihanna Performs On GMTV!
Here’s Rihanna working it out on GMTV performing “Disturbia” with a new look. Is it just me or is Rihanna changing or adding something to her look every week? First she does the “pixie” haircut, then she brings back the eighties hip hop knuckle rings, and now it’s these safety goggles. I mean her glasses that are a mix of glasses from the 50’s and factory safety goggles. If anyone can pull it off then Ri Ri can. What do you think? Does she have to many trends going at once?

Rihanna is one of the biggest trend setters right now and RiRi is workin this outfit! I love the glasses they are so cute on her. Last but not least Rihanna’s hair is Hottt!! RiRi can’t do no wrong in my eyes when it comes to fashion she just looks so cute in everything she wears!!

Too many trends yes, but it’s all cute. I still wonder is it really her though, I don’t know. I don’t get it maybe it was because she was tired but she sounded a hotmess at the VMA’s now she sounds okay.

I love Rihanna’s style and that she switches it up every now and then. She’s very edgy. Her singing leaves MUCH to be desired though.

I love rihanna, she is amazing, and I love Disturbia, but I think her performace at the VMA’s was my favorite performance of Disturbia.

i don’t believe only one celebrity is allowed to be known for being stylish. everyone should be stylish and that’s what rihanna is. she could be trend setting but i think she’s just putting her own style out there and i like it. it’s different and she prob just wants to create a look of her own. a lot of looks are starting to run together now and i like when ppl start coming out with this different sh*t. mix it up a little. i like it!
i actually like the glasses. i don’t know about if she were wearing them everyday lol but i like them and love the dress

She’s a terrible performer, but the girl has fashion down pat. I don’t think she has too many styles going on at once because she doesn’t wear them all at the same time. She just likes to switch her style up. Nothing wrong with that. But, I agree with Nikki. IDK if it’s really who she is, or if she was just tired of people calling her “Riyonce” because she reminded everyone of a Beyonce wannabe.

Rihanna is really NOT a trendsetter to me. I feel she is basically covering everything that Kelis already did 3 years ago. Rocking the two finger rings, haircuts… yeah been there done that already.

I love Rihanna, I mean LOVE Rihanna, but I gotta say the performances are never that great live. Is it just me, or does she sound 100 times better when she’s standing still than when she does when she’s moving around? I suggest taking a year off and working her ass off on the live performances; chick will be UNTOUCHABLE if she can manage to sing decently live. But as of yet, Beyonce is still holding the title…

She’s not a trendsetter… & never ever will be. Are you familiar with UK tv personality Gok Wan? Google him if not. THEN you will see this “new” look, from the obviously identical spectacles to the white blonde streak in the hair. This chick went from Beyonce to Kelis to Posh to Madonna to FeFe Dobson back to Kelis now on to Gok Wan. Yes… I admit he’s quite fabulous, but please give that man back his identity!!!

I must say I do love mostly everything this girl wears, but I have to admit I highly doubt it’s her. It could be a coincident that everything she wears someone else has already done. I will just say Riri has probably one of the best stylist team I’ve ever seen and I really doubt this image is her but it works
