What is this…no melody ehhh, alicia plz leave the rocknroll/RnB to Rihanna….this just sound omg like a CAT is tangled in Guitar Strings!!

EHHH. They should have named the MOVIE Another Way to Die, more James Bond sounding.
I was really excited to hear this but… I liked it ok, despite the fact that the song is all over the place and choppy, but to me it completely FAILS as a Bond song. After I read this post I felt compelled to literally go to YouTube and listen to all the James Bond themes ever and this just doesn’t cut it. Maybe when I see the movie the visuals will convince me otherwise but right now, no. Bond songs have always had vocals that were long and drawn out and soulful, this is none of the above, wayy too random and not enough lyrics. They really should have just picked Alicia Keys OR Jack White, not both. I’m dissapointed. (However the lyrics themselves are really cool)

Mind you, DIe Another Day sung by Madonna wasn’t long, drawn out and soulful either but it didn’t matter because the song is FANTASTIC and VERY James Bond. (The video was amazing too!)

Alicia has been doing rock for a while now…I love her duet with Keith Urban better though
Rihanna sounds like a cat either way so it wouldn’t work Youngin…

its wierd. i like it too. but for it to be a bond song? nah. it doesn’t cut it for me as a bond song. hell my favorite bond song in’t from none of the movies. its from a frickin videogame. everything or nothing by mya

I like it. AK’s soul mixed with Jack White rock makes for an interesting concept. I didn’t think they’d pull it off, but it sounds perfect for James Bond. Not to mention the production is crazy.
