Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z attended the 2008 New Yorkers for Children Gala at Tuesday night in New York City. Also in attendance were Joy Bryant, Gayle King and Toccara Jones. The event was to help raise money for foster care children in New York City. I hope the event did well and not pocket the money. I need to quit – I’m still slightly mad from the other night. You know, without an extravagant lace-front and exquisite make up Beyonce is not really that striking. Pretty, but not the gorgeous beauty that she is in magazines, photoshoots, and videos.

its all a matter of who looks good in the make-up,
you can’t put make up on a pig and expect it too be beautiful…

He doesn’t cut his hair when working on albums.
I think they both look good. I like Bey’s new mature/conservative look and I like Jay a little rugged since he’s alsways so clean cut (I think it’s sexy!). Either way, no one can deny that marriage is looking good on them.
