In honor of me having to “Ring The Alarm” last night, I just had to post this Beyonce video off her last B’Day album (2006) that basically sums up all my emotions! i always loved this song. it’s a good release for pent up emotions. everytime i was going thru some shit with my ex, turn this song on and i’d be relaxed after. lol!!
