September 10, 2008 Movie Review: The Longshots & Traitor
Spoiler Alert – Certain parts of the movie maybe revealed.

The Longshots was a fantastic movie based on true events. This is a great family film featured around the belief that you can do whatever and accomplish whatever if you set your mind to it with the support of others. Keke Palmer’s character Jasmine wanted to be a model, but then realized that she had the gift of being a quarterback for the local football team. With the training from her uncle (Ice Cube), both found something that they could connect with which helped build their relationship with one another. I would personally watch this movie again, because more movies should be made like this.
Don Cheadle did an amazing job in his latest movie Traitor. As Don played an undercover operative, the American government believed that he is a traitor to the United States after several events happened causing the death of several people. But before that happened, he was sentenced to prison with his some of the Islamic terrorists he associated with who in turn began to believe Don’s character set them up causing them to be arrested. That is when the real fun begins. I also recommend that you see this movie if you are into political thrillers.

I saw this and it was beautiful, being a single mom I love stories of single mothers and struggles with a great outcome. They did a great job. The girl is still fierce to this day.
