She is going to have to come up with a lot more bull to convince the American people that she will do more than what Obama/Biden has already accomplished within the campaign (Did I mention that Obama is conducting grassroots fundraising along with the American people in conjunction with his campaign?).

Change is the slogan that has been winning elections all over the real recently even in my country we kicked out the party that ran the country for the last 15 years with the theme of change this has also happened in Grenada and many other countries around the world, sorry to say but the USA is just playing catch up to move to CHANGE and the world is watching

I have watched both parties speeches etc and what i heard coming out of Palin’s mouth was bashing Obama, praising and praising and more prasing of McCain i stood up to after 11 or so to hear what she had to say and i did not get anything from her about the economy, healthcare etc all she talked about was her family, taking more than needed jabs at obama and more prasing of McCain’s military experience

I know the people of the USA aren’t stupid and i hope yall make the right choice

I agree with most of the individuals that posted on here. Sarah Palin speech was not inspiring, it was rhetoric, insulting and most of all it lacked the truth. Like someone stated on here, it did not cover her plan for the economy, health care (BTW she is against universal health care) and definitely against Roe versus Wade decisions.

But B. Scott I’m even more disappoint in you, how can you be for something that is against everything you stand for…People don’t get caught up in the rhetoric…I am for anyone who has my interests at heart and that is definitely NOT the Republicians.

She also spoke of her governmental service and while Obama was out organizing activities within his community that she, as a mayor, acted as a community organizor but with responsibilities. Well then it surprises me that with all of her experience and comparing herself to a leading Presidential Candidate that SHE herself did not throw her own hat in the ring to run for the Presidency…hmm why is that? With all of her “responsibilites” she did not want to serve the entire country as a leader but stay within her well nestled wealthy alaskan communities?

As to why she is on the republican ticket, people open your eyes, it is to get those swing Hillary voters. Hopefully, those people can see the error of attempting to put ‘THIS FEMALE” in the White House.

The message in this post is pretty clear, Palin delivered last night. She exceeded the expectations that News reporters, and political critics had for her, hence “after this speech it seems Palin has it in the bag!”

She does have it in the bag, she got through it and people liked it.

And Youngin19 is ABSOLUTELY right. Her speech catered to those who feed off of meaningless nonsense. I think that she is not qualified, but she is becoming a pretty big celebrity (kind of like McCain referenced Obama). She has nothing right now but shock value and a child who thinks spit is hair gel!

She makes me sick. If any Hilary voters vote for her they’d be spitting in Hilary’s face by voting for someone who has completely opposite views and goes against those equal rights for women that she spent so much effort fighting for.

Her speech (to Meeh) didn’t say much about change or making anything better. It was like going to a wedding and have the “mother of the bride” go on and on…

IMHO last night was her oportunity to present herself to the country…to all the undecided voters out there, to the independents and to the Hilary supporters (because that is OBVIOUSLY why they chose her!!!) And all she did up there was bad mouth Obama.

Yes the democrats have attacked the republicans, but when it came to Obama and Bidens speeches they were never so spitful… SHE should have tried to win people over with her POLITICS and her tactics for bettering our country.
