September 4, 2008 Britney Spears Case Is Set!
Today a judge refused to dismiss a case involving pop princess, Britney Spears. Britney is facing a misdemeanor driving without-a-valid-license. Based on the judge’s ruling Brit Brit may go on trial in October. Her lawyer had asked for that the case be dismissed during a hearing on Tuesday. Britney’s lawyer felt that the prosecutors were targeting her because she is a celebrity. He also went on to say that people who faced similar charges are ordered to pay a fine if they can produce a valid license.
But, of course the judge felt that the prosecutors were correct in their charge. Love muffins, I hope Brit Brit doesn’t go to jail, she needs to keep working on that new album! Thoughts?

this sux. i think they judge is just doing it because she’s had such a f’d up year doing all that crazy sh*t and you know, some ppl want to keep that negative stuff going. even if the person turns themself around, somebody is gonna still have it out for them….
