August 18, 2008 Venus and Serena Take The Gold!
For the second time, super duper tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams have won the gold medal as a team. The ladies were giddy as school girls when receiving their medals. When asked about their feelings Venus responded by saying “We’re so excited, I mean, we just, I mean, I don’t even want to take off my gold medal.”
Even though the ladies were busy with their Beijing schedules they still found time to shop! The ladies took time to shop at The Silk Market, a popular location for tourists looking to buy knock-off goods, and other Chinese tschotskes. Thats what I’m talking about, all that work you must fine time to play (for a reasonable price).

I watched the match and was extremely happy for them. Although they are somewhat use to winning you could really see the excitement on their faces
