Chocolate Cream Pie August 18, 2008Every week I tell you how easy a recipe is, but this one honey is a favorite and super duper yummy. The name of the pie actually makes it sound more difficult than it is. Can you believe that it only has about four ingredients to go into it? I kid you not love muffins, it is just that simple. Especially for my chocolate loving love muffins, this will be a great treat. Recipe and tips after the jump.



1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate Jello instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust

Mix pudding using 1 cup milk, blend in Cool Whip. Spoon into a baked and cooled 8 inch graham cracker crust. Garnish with chocolate curls and Cool Whip.

Chill for at least 1 hour.

Tips:

If you don’t want to make your own pudding then you can buy it already made and it works just as good.

If you do not like graham cracker crust feel free to use a 8 inch baked pie shell.
