  just a thought…the swastika is around peace pictures (heart, flower, peace sign) .. most people don’t know..

  I know buddist monks that also have them.. it used to represent peace… back in the day. thats why you see it in old history in the asian culture.

  so maybe the person who did that.. was relaying peace.

  I’ve read on other websites that it’s actually not a swastika as Nazi swastika is inverted. The sign on board actually represents peace. That’s why you see it with all of the other peace signs.
