I still can believe this…I was sure he was going to make it…
…RIP, for now he is in a better place…
I will miss his comedy though.

OMG! Since after 1 hr when he passed I’ve been crying on and off (due to the fact I was bless to have know him and a few in his family), this is so hard for Meeh and not to mention his WHOLE family. He was a giver.

I’ve been a Bernie Mac fan long before he was ever on the big screen. I almost wrecked my car years ago listening to him on the radio in Atlanta on my way to work talk about how his daughter left her dog at his house while she went to college and that the dog was “shady & he knew he was slingin’” he woke up one morning & his front lawn had Kibbles & Bits all over it!!! Mr. Mac you will certainly be missed!

that’s weird cuz the this news came out the other day then they said it wasn’t true, now it is
i’m guessing he was in the hospital and someone didnt expect him to make it and they got the news ready but sent it a little early…kinda irresponsible
nonetheless may he rest in peace, we will all miss him, this is a great loss

I am really at a loss for words. I’ve been looking everywhere trying to find someone that will say it’s not true, but when I saw it here and on CNN my heart just broke. My family and I love Bernie Mac. He was a true comedian and will be missed so much. Rest in peace, true king of comedy.

I’m still in shock too, I just buried my grandmother yesterday, and now to hear this today, the tears just won’t stop flowing…this is truly unreal

I just don’t know what to say. I was talking to my mom about 9:00 this morning when she found out from a friend of hers. I was so shocked I couldn’t even be emotional. I’m just so so sad right now. My prayers go out to his family. He brought me a lot of joy

His family is so blessed to have had a man such as Bernie. He still left smiles on people faces because of the man he is. So Mac family for your lost Bernie left a hard road to be better in then him. He will be remembered for a time. We all will see him at the crossroads saying hello not good-bye. God bless Bernie for your personality. Rest in Peace….

Oh my goodness! I can’t believe he is dead! This is so sad; he and Cedric the Entertainer are just about the only funny comedians out now. Rest in peace Bernie. You WILL be missed.

Oh, and I remember this Def Jam episode….I was a still a kid and I was laughing my a$$ off!!! (after my mom went to bed, of course!)
