August 6, 2008 Movie Review: Step Brothers & The Mummy
Love muffins, over the weekend I watched Step Brothers and The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. I was anticipating Step Brothers to be some monkey doodle foolishness but it wasn’t! I was rolling with laughter from the beginning to the end. Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly were great in their characters. There is one part where Will and John’s character are arguing and Will whips out his balls and wipes them on the drums. So hilarious! Of course this is not recommended for children. Let me tell you, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor was not what I expected! The first two movies were way better! I was somewhat entertained, mainly because Rick O’Connell’s (Brendan Fraser) son was being a bootyhole. I was expecting more action, because Jet Li was in the movie. I can tell you right now there are about 3 huge fight scenes in the movie. Jet Li is known for his fast and elaborate fighting styles – I guess I wanted more. You may enjoy it better from the comfort of your own home. Thoughts?

I think they tried too hard. I like Jet Li and all, but something seemed to be missing.
There were some corny moments that had me flashing back to the 1980’s!

Yeah I wish I would have known that I tok my girls last night 2 see the movie (did not see the rating) but never the less it was funny!!!! and that scene was hilarious they work well together
