    I agree totally not to mention she looks a little whiter than usual? I dont recall her nosing have such the long bridge as in that picture? Her forhead size and face length/width? I don’t know looks like some trickery!

    she does look odd but i think it’s because whoever did the editing/airbrushing is making her look like a white girl. and no this is not a pro-black/racial comment. lol! i’m just saying that when i saw the picture i thought it looked odd because she looks like someone else who may happen to be white.

    I am disgusted with this photo because not only is it not that great of a picture of Beyonce, but they tried to make her look white. I am noticing a pattern in magazines where they are slowly trying to make all the minorities look more like white America, essentially trying to make them more “mainstream” by making them look like white versions of whatever minority they represent. If you look at this photo, not only does it look like they cropped her nose thinner (heck it looks like they made her whole face thinner), but they made her skin very pale and gave her that drabby blond hair. Beyonce is a beautiful, curvacious black woman. What is so wrong with that? I had much of the same response when I saw on the cover of Glamour that they tried to make America Fererra look like she weighed 110 pounds. Come on now! If you take a look at magazine covers with minorities on them, notice how often their skin tone is lightened and their weight lowered, but I guarantee that you’d be hard pressed to see a cover model made darker and thicker. What is wrong with showing beauty in all of its different forms, not just as close to skinny, white blonds as they can get??? Sorry for the rant, but I am disgusted, and I felt it was time to speak. I am so sick of this “if it’s all white, then it’s alright” mentality that is prominent in our society.

    beyonce is mixed not black, shes free to have whatever colour hair she wants, she can have blonde hair if she wants, i hate people that go on and on about her being black so she shouldnt have str8 hair and all that shit. however this has definetly been made for her to be whiter even tho her skin is really quite close to this colour anyway

    um…..beyonce is a mixed up black girl. lol! if one of your parents is black, you’re black. you’re mixed but you’re black. but that’s really not the issue. i see that the ad is for hair and so they have to put emphasis on hair anyway, i just think they put emphasis on everything else too. she just doesn’t look like herself. whether it’s becuz her skin is lighter or hair is blonde or what. they altered the girls face.her hair is kind of that color anyway. i’ve never seen it that damn light but every since she came out, even with destiny’s child her hair was that color. her micros were that color once! lol! and i agree with LEO and myself earlier, the only problem is just that they made her look too much like a white girl instead of like herself.

    Is this a hair ad? Why is she doing a hair ad? That’s not her hair! Lol! Yeah, they went crazy with the photoshop. I hope they didn’t intentionally try to make her look white, but that’s what it looks like, and it’s a shame because she is so pretty already. Yeah, I think they tried to change her features. If you’re gonna do all that, just get a white girl and leave B alone! No love lost for B, though!

    LMAO @KelliQuik. We all may never know what Beyonce’s real hair looks lik because even in the hair ads its a lace front. LOL!

    Creole is french and black….meaning that her mother is creole and Beyonce has creole in her.That does not mean that she is mixed, just mixed up….Besides, even if Beyonce’s mama was white, we all know she aint that light-skinned so puhleeze

    IMO.. Beyonce and Micha Barton both look a photoshoped mess! The poor girls who will see them and want to emulate something that’s not real. While both women are beautiful, thats not represented in these photos. I really wish more stars would put their foot down about overly edited images..Im getting off my soapbox now

    B is human folks and she looks her best made up and it is, what it is. Photographers always use the best pic, so if she took several frames that means this is the best of the frames.

    For the people who never saw Beyonce without a tan, she is high yella and damn near white! She’s as light as her mama. And couple that with those bright ass lights focused on her face/hair, this is what you get. And don’t front like Beyonce hasn’t had a nose job, so that semi-side profile makes her nose look pointy.

    that is beyonces hair, believe it or not but it is possible to straighten hair, people are so insistent on believeing that beyonce is bold. shes mized so her hair is not going to be full on nappy afro like other people. with loreal she is contracted to wear her real hair in all the adverts otherwise its false advertising. she wears lace fronts at other times because she is contracted to keep her hair the same only loreal can touch her hair. beyonce has long straight hair people without all the weave and wigs, why is that so hard to believe my gf is full black and she has hair down to her waist and its straight, no weave and no wigs. you can tell its beyonces hair by the texture at the bottom of the hair any kinks and shit tho have been airbrushed out

    i don’t think the girl is bald but i was cracking up at all the comments about her “dyeing a last front wig”. LMAO!!!! no, a lot of what mat said is true. any chick that has a contract with a company that sells hair coloring is not allowed to touch her hair, hence beyonce and the lacefronts ALL the time. like halle berry can’t promote revlon and then get caught at MAC with a makeup artist. HOWEVER, beyonce’s hair is not naturally straight. if u c all her pics from childhood, you can see it’s not naturally straight. hell, her own mama’s hair isn’t naturally straight. i don’t think anyone’s issue is how straight or not straight her hair is. no one cares about that. my hair is straight right now because of this great Motions Herbal perm. LOL! i think what everyone is just surprised about is how photoshopped her pic is meaning how much they altered her face. i mean, at first glance, it really does look like a white girl that resembles beyonce. ha! and i agree with a comment i saw earlier that she damn near looks like shakira BUT i’ve always thought they looked alike anyway. i was so confused at times in the “beautiful liar” video. lol! anyway, i’ve seen past models in MAXIM on reg t.v. talking about how they’ve had their damn ankle photoshopped! or their hands. and i don’t think it’s hard for people to believe she’s got a lot of hair and not bald. i know me, if i see a chick that’s always got on weaves/wigs i automatically think that maybe she doesn’t have any hair. which is not always the case but that’s what i will usually think in the beginning. i don’t think beyonce is bald because i’ve seen a few pics of her with her own hair but i won’t say the thought has never crossed my mind BEFORE i saw those pics. it’s just opinions. none of us REALLY know what her hair is like (but i do know it’s not naturally straight) and as long as she’s contracted with L’oreal we probably never will know

    if you watch the adverts that beyonce does for loreal that is her real hair with no hair extensions, the one where she says i want it straight and smooth plus if you look at the beyonce posts that b scott has like the one where she is walking with jay z and she has her hair tied back that is her real hair and the one where shes dancing in the club with jay z that is her real hair, its obvious when shes wearing wigs and when shes not, i didnt mean her hair is straight naturally i meant its not fully afro its curly i mean look at the 1st dc video for no no no that is her hair no extensions its just flat ironed or relaxed. beyonce has all the money in the world she dont have to buy the cheap ass relaxers that most people buy she can get the top straightners and still have pefect undamaged hair

    Why is everyone trippin on the pic…she looks beautiful here. People are saying that they made her look white, but you all have to keep in mind that she “is” white…She has french blood because her mom is Creole, it would be foolish to deny who she is…she’s black and creole so therefore she’s mixed, she’s not just “one” race. And even if she was, this pic still looks good. I’m trying to understand what the fuss is all about…but it makes me laugh that beautiful girls always get persecuted for what ever reasons…and with B, this is nothing new to her, it’s always been like this ever since she was a little girl…she stands out from the average crowd…get em B!

    Please. I will be the first to say that I am NOT a Beyonce fan. So regardless of this picture, I guarantee you she had control over what she wanted the pictures to look like. Or she could have said no i don’t want to go that light hair and please don’t make my skin the pale she makes to much damn money to not have a say in how she wants to look and what she can say yes and no to. So she wanted to do this shoot, she saw the pictures and I’m sure she approved them. Other wise she would sue. and I haven’t heard anything about her trying to sue them for putting this ad out.

    I know this is random, but do you think the pop singer Micheal Jackson wore a wig. The singers hair was thought to be his own until a friend came out and explained jackson had been wearing a wig.

    Who hasn’t imagined completely changing up their look, just to see how it would suit you? Luckily for you, lace front wigs allow you to attempt to change your look without having to worry about committing to the new look for a long time.
