Mary J. Blige recently did her version of “Supernatural” which sond to appear on Ciara’s upcoming album Fantasy Ride. As much as I love Mary’s voice, this song sounds much better when Ciara sings it. I feel that this song needs a soft voice to make the track. Do you prefer Ciara’s or Mary’s version?

what does “which sond to appear…” mean? i will have to listen when i get home, no speakers here at work, but b. scott, did you have to pick the worst picture ever of Mary? i know there were many more you could have chosen. it’s as if you picked that one to show her in a bad light.

Ironically I like CiCi’s lol. I cant believe I just said that lol. But I think its the synthesizer that makes her sounds soooo good but I defintately dig CiCi’s u go – she tryna show a little vocal

I love Mary as well and have for years but I do have to say that her voice is to strong for this record. They should have turned down her vocals some because she is louder than the music. I did like her add ins which Ciara doesn’t really do. I also agree that there had to be a better picture of Mary out there LOL!

This may sound crazy but I like Ciara’s. Don’t get me wrong I love me some Mary but, this song sounds better comming from CiCi.

Are you people crazy? A song should be SANG and Mary did that, CiCi was lower than the music and her voice is too thin to carry the song. Mary made you jam to it and you can HEAR the words

Um no no no, Ciara beat her on this. The content of the song and Ciara’s soft voice matches WAY better. This is the first time were Ciara’s softness of her voice is a plus.

I like Mary’s version because her voice doesn’t get lost in the track. Ciara’s version, well, it’s forgettable.
