Okay, well maybe I made her lips a tad bit bigger in the photo, but Cameron Diaz has me wondering what kind of facial reconstruction did she get, if any, after she was spotted leaving the ‘Belladonna Face and Body Clinic’ in Beverly Hills on Saturday. Hey, she could have tried on a new shade of lipstick that didn’t look so hot in natural light and didn’t want anyone to see it…but who knows – why would she cover up her mouth?
