Another snippet has surfaced from Beyonce, but I am not sure if it is from her upcoming album. “Stop Sign” is only about 10 seconds long so I can’t say if I hate it or love it. Thoughts?

I don’t know if it just me but the long snippet the first download I listen to it and it sounds like somebody laughing in the background is that part of the beat

Maybe the snippet was too short but I couldn’t get into it. *and what was that irritating noise in the background?????????????
