Update: According to US magazine, “The police are dealing with it,” Bale’s sister Sharon told reporters, according to London’s Daily Telegraph. “It is an extremely sensitive situation. There is nothing more I can say.” Added his mother, Jenny: “Yes, I was there, and yes, there was a family situation, but the police are handling it, and I cannot say anymore at the moment. “We didn’t call the police to the scene,” Jenny said. “I can’t say anymore, but we didn’t call the police.”
Christian Bale, the star of The Dark Knight was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly assaulting his mother and sister on Sunday, a day before the European premiere of his latest movie.
Asked whether Bale had been arrested, a police spokesman did not refer to him by name but said: “A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault.” He said the man was still in custody but gave no further details. The spokesman spoke on condition of anonymity because force policy did not authorize him to be identified. British police do not name suspects before they are formally charged. News. Yahoo
I don’t know if the success of the The Dark Knight has gone to his head, but if he assaulted two women, he better had been in fear for his life because no man should ever lay a finger on woman. Thoughts?

Goodness Hollywood don’t you all know that being arrested is the New thing to make press and or get better rates, New flash, this isn’t news.
