Last week, Blake Lively took a stroll down the streets of New York City with her doggy Penny rocking the brown studded Chanel heels. Just this past Monday, Ashley Tisdale was seen rocking the same pair of shoes during a run to the ‘Coffee Bean’ in Glendale. So my question to you is, who rocked the Chanel’s better?
