Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were spotted strolling through NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood on Saturday afternoon. The cute couple then headed to ‘Cafeteria’ (also in Chelsea) for a romantic lunch date. Penn and Blake are both currently in NYC to film Gossip Girls.
