June 26, 2008 Is That A Baby Bump I See?
Former American Idol contestant and cutie pie Paris Bennett, was recently photographed at a performance with her grandmother, Ann Nesby. I couldn’t help but notice how splendiferous they both look in their coordinated peach dresses, and really couldn’t help but notice what appears to be a baby bump on Paris! Lots of celebrities are having babies every time I turn around, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if she is with child. I just can’t be 100% positive about her being preggers since no official statement was made, but looking at the pictures it appears she is. If so, congrats Paris, if not, oops forgive me! Love muffins, thoughts?

Khadijah, they do look soooo cute, I love the peach on them! Paris is almost 20 so I personally wouldn’t consider her a child, she looks little like a 14 or 15 year old though don’t she? lolol
I notice that ring on her finger, I wonder if she might be engaged or married? We don’t hear much about her, real low key lately…

I had no idea they were related! I loved the Ann Nesby’s singing on The Fighting Temptations soundtrack. Paris does look like she is a teenager, and that does look like a baby bump. If she is pregnant, Congrats!

I am NOT sure about her being with child but i do know 1 thing for certain and 2 things for sure..the make-up artist needs to be fored…thwy look like chalky and dry in the face…consult with kelli roland and see what foundation she uses. she too is a milk chocolate beauty. the make up is ALL WRONG!

‘Idol’ star and teenager Paris Bennett is pregnant

“American Idol” 2006 contestant Princess P is becoming a mommy.
Paris Bennett is expecting a baby girl in October and will be 20 when mommyhood arrives.
“This makes five generations,” an overjoyed Jamecia Bennett, told me Thursday.
Jamecia, who like her daughter and mother is a singer, is absolutely over the moon about being a first-time grandmother.
“I’m proud of how she did it. I was 16 when I got pregnant,” said Jamecia.
Paris’ great-grandmother is Shirley T. Bennett, 75, of Rockford, Ill.; her grandmother Ann Nesby, a gospel and R&B powerhouse, who lives in Atlanta, was with the Sounds of Blackness.
Who’s the daddy? “He chooses not to be in the public eye,” said Jamecia. “I respect that.” What does he do for a living? “I can’t tell,” she said.
“She has a ring,” said Jamecia, who’s hopeful that she’ll be planning a wedding for Paris.
The planning for an August baby shower is already underway. A few celebrities may fly into town for the show, including Queen Latifah.
Latifah has made it clear that she plans to spoil this baby with gifts and that she won’t be stopped. You’re the princess but I’m the queen, Jamecia said Latifah told Paris.
National magazines have been calling looking for baby info, but Jamecia said she’s played it cool. “We tend to stay out of the media,” Jamecia said. “The only person we let know [personal] things is you.”
Um, then why did I have to hear about this pregnancy elsewhere?
MediaTakeOut.com published photos of Paris and her grandmother. The website was not sure whether the photos confirmed web gossip about Paris being pregnant or whether she needs “to be pushing back from the table just a tad bit.”
Jamecia said she’s be surprised how tame, and relatively kind, MediaTakeOut has been. “You know they can be something else,” said Jamecia.
