Love muffins, since the Emmy’s were on Friday, who had the best 35th Annual Emmy style? Tyra Banks dress is not that great to me. At least her hair matched her grown – okay maybe that isn’t a good thing. Portia de Rossi’s dress might have looked cuter on her if it wasn’t so loose, but make sure you check out her pink diamond engagement ring from Ellen. Go Ellen! Eva Pigford glowed in her pink gown as she struck a pose. Work it girl! Antonio Sabato Jr. looked orgasmic in his suit with his button down shirt. Super duper sexy! Susan Lucci is beautiful in blue. Yeah, Tyra’s dress looks strange and the hair color isn’t helping. Everything is beige. I usually hate the color Eva was wearing, but she looks good in it. Susan Lucci also looks pretty good. How old is she now anyway?

Tyra is too big to wear strapless column gowns. It’s just not flattering, AND she wears that style too OFTEN.
She should NEVER wear anything STRAPLESS. Ol’ girl needs all the support she could get.
She’s starting to remind me of another big girl celeb that loves the strapless look…..ARETHA FRANKLIN!
BTW….The blonde wig is TACKY as all HELL.

What in the golden bleach blonde hell is going on??? This is why I stay on the fence with Tyra. A blonde wig. Really, Tyra? This is some Greta-Garbo-Marilyn-Monroe-Ava-Gardener-Betty-Davis foolishness! No, I couldn’t pick HALF them heffaz out in a line up – but I know that caucazoid wig you are wearing would be a better fit for a white woman in a 1950’s movie than for your black azz for any occassion other than Halloween. Next time your stylist goes to the hair store, make sure he skips aisle 1 and goes straight back to aisle 10 where they keep tha BLACK hair. Remind him that YOU ARE NOT BEYONCE, and that you are a BLACK woman in her mid-30s. Remind him that you are not a drag queen and you are not on your way to a costume ball. Remind him that less is more and you are NOT trying to look like a hood ornament on a 1978 Cadillac Seville.

Guess she WAS trying to look like a golden trophy, lol. Unfortunately, I missed Tyra’s win on the Daytime Emmy’s. Wish I had seen her. But, from the photo above, she looks pretty good. She & Beyonce share similar skin color, so she can also play that shade of blonde.

I have seen Tyra rocking this shade of hair before, but just not with a “matching” ensemble. I think that is what’s throwing off the look.
